I am contactable by phone, or email to arrange a mutually convenient time to talk through the reasons for your seeking therapy and to arrange for an Initial Consultation Session, which provides both myself and you as client, the opportunity to get to know each other and to see how best I can help, and for you to feel comfortable before deciding to consent to weekly Sessions.

Fees
Fees are per one hourly Sessions, to be held on a weekly basis at a mutually agreeable time and allowing for a 10 minute recap and relax before Session concludes. I recognise that arranging Sessions around busy lives can be difficult and I am open to accommodating a flexible booking system which can be discussed during Initial Consultation.
