I am contactable by phone, or email to arrange a mutually convenient time to talk through the reasons for your seeking therapy and to arrange for an Initial Consultation Session, which provides both myself and you as client, the opportunity to get to know each other and to see how best I can help, and for you to feel comfortable before deciding to consent to weekly Sessions.
I recommend up to 4-6 Sessions initially, held on a weekly basis, which can be reviewed as therapy progresses, extending or concluding, as it is felt mutually agreeable.
As a practising Counsellor - Psychotherapist I studied for and achieved the qualification ‘Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice’ over a period of 4 years of study. Within my role I am committed to continuous professional development and experiential learning as part of my desire to be of best help to Clients seeking therapy.
